I'm planning on making s college league for Maximum-Football. FCS, FBS, and Historically Black FCS will be included.
Teams I'll probably include:
FBS:
IU (I'll make a bunch of different helmets for them, as they keep changing) Purdue Michigan Micigan State Ohio State Rutgers Tennesee Alabama LSU Florida Auburn Iowa Oregon Baylor Louisville
FCS:
Indiana State Southern Illinois Delaware Valporaiso Butler Illinois State Cornell Southeast Missouri State Princeton Monmouth
Historically Black:
Arkansas Pine Bluff Alcorn State Grambling State Tuskegee Winston Salem State North Carolina Central Jackson State Lincoln Clark Atlanta Morgan State
These will have mostly fictional rosters, with a few big names like several real players at IU (I would've done Nate Sudfeld for IU but he graduated), JT Barrett and Ezekiel Elliott at Ohio State (unless they've graduated or entered the NFL Draft), and a few more. The FCS and HBCU teams will probably have little to no real players, but there will be way more Black players on the HBCU teams.
I will be making several base stadiums for these teams, the small colleges (FCS and Historically Black) will be using more High School-style stadiums, unless they have bigger stadiums, or are drastically different (Indiana State has grandstands on one sideline only).
You can probably import the FCS and HBCU teams to play against the FBS teams like they do for the first game of the season.

Here are some screenshots of my progress. Thanks Mykal and Simmers for the NCAA uniforms that I will use as the base. IU's Memorial Stadium I'm working on. It may not have a stand-up crowd, the Knot Hole Field or the Rock, but it's got the basic shape down. I might make a better one next year. All of my teams will have their own stadiums. Some, like IU, will have their own stadium custom-built by me. Others will have repainted existing stadiums. I want to at least make the walls on each stadium have the team's colors. IU's Zander Diamont, looking to throw to an open wide receiver. IU veteran Rashard Fant tracks down a Michigan player. Touchdown Hoooooooosiers!! Ohio State's J.T. Barrett, about to throw for a touchdown in an attempt to bring the Bad News to IU. As you can see, I've included several of IU's helmets. The silver and red striped one and the white one with the Indiana text are shown here. I've also got their original helmet, their inverse original helmet (white), and the one that looks like their default red one except it has the Indiana state flag torch emblem on one side. I'll also make a few more tweaks to some of the other uniforms.

More updates to my College mod. Michigan's home stadium, the world's largest American Football stadium, college or pro. The Oregon Ducks getting into it with the Louisville Cardinals Papa John's Cardinal Stadiumm Oregon Ducks' Stadium, and Ohio Stadium. The majority of the stadiums are going to be edits of College Bowl, like these, themed around the team. They may not look too accurate, but at least you can tell who the home team is. I got photos of each teams crowd and scoreboard to make them look a little more realistic. I had to flip the textures upside-down for them to work. Louisville's Cardinal Bird Mascot, keeping the crowd and the Cardinals team's morale up!

I will probably combine the NCAA FBS, FCS, and HBCU FCS teams into one league, so thay can play against each other sometimes, like they do in the first game of the season.

I put new faces on the players. I got them from NCAA Football 14. Thank God the players are now facing straight forward in TeamBuilder instead of to the side like they used to. This game is getting more and more authentic by the minute!

I had to reset everything about my league's teams and seasons (including rosters, so no more Zander Diamont for IU or J.T. Barrett for Ohio State until I add all the teams that will be in the final release), because it had a glitch which wouldn't let me draft for added teams until I reset (sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't). But I'll show you the progress I made with new stadiums and teams. All of the stadiums in this mod will, for the most part, be modeled by me, and I won't use CollegeBowl. I made generic versions of several different popular types of big college stadiums (Bowl, Horseshoe, Dual Sides, Upper Deck versions for all three, Small Bowl, and Small Horseshoe), and I've been collecting crowd, logo, and scoreboard pictures, and will use the generic stadium I made that most closely matches the team's stadium in real life, and decorate it with those crowd, logos, and scoreboard textures. The FCS and other small college teams will not have their own stadium like the FBS teams. They will all either use the generic Small Horseshoe or one of five Small College stadiums I made. Small College Stadiums: Small College Stadium 1, a small, dual-sided, High School-style stadium, but no track. A good, general-purpose stadium for a lot of small colleges, especially if you're unsure about what their stadium looks like. Since it has no track, I might move the grandstands inward some. Small College Stadium 2, a small stadium with hillside seating. They had to dig to make this stadium. Good for Butler. Small College Stadium 3, a small, one-sided stadium. Good for Indiana State. Small College Stadium 4, the one-sided stadium with a running track. Small College Stadium 5, like the first one, but with a running track. Updated Stadiums: Ohio State Stadium Oregon Stadium Papa John's Cardinal Stadium (uses Dual Sides Upper Deck, will change the model to Horseshoe Upper Deck since I saw a photo and that one looks closer. I messed up on the mascot, but now he's back and over on the sidelines.) FCS Action: Two Indiana teams, Butler and Valpo, square off. Indiana State gets a sack on fellow Missouri Valley team Southern Illinois. I dropped some FCS teams because I couldn't find a base uniform for them, and I've already got enough custom uniform stuff for the HBCUs and the two Missouri Valley Conference teams I included (Indiana State Sycamores and Southern Illinois Salukis), and replaced them with random FCS teams that Simmer made uniforms for. I will probably add another Valley team, the Illinois State Redbirds, back in, especially since they have a Smash Bros club and their avatar on SmashBoards is Falco painted like a Cardinal (Redbirds). I gotta have me some Falco, I gotta have me some Smash, I gotta have me some birds, I gotta have me some Cardinals/Redbirds, and I gotta have me some college football !

Probably gonna release the beta for my NCAA mod in a few weeks. The only things I haven't got done are some players, the HBCU uniforms, and some stadium paints. I will also release my NCAA Football 14 faces with GME, to make the game look a bit more "modern."
